Integrative Perinatal + Bereavement Care
They deserve presence, expertise, and care that meets the whole person. That is the foundation of this practice.
Get in touchAbout the Practice
I am a music therapist (MT-BC) with 13 years of experience using the evidence-based power of music to support healing, expression, and connection across the lifespan. I have experience providing prenatal support for parents facing high risk or medically complex pregnancies, working with the family and their baby in the NICU, and providing support during the labor and delivery process. I am also a certified birth doula through DONA International and a Sound Birth Practitioner. While I believe birth is a beautiful and sacred part of life, I also understand its potential for emotional hardship and trauma. I am personally experienced and well trained to handle whatever your pregnancy, birth or postpartum journey gives.

MT-BC, NICU-MT · Founder
Every family deserves to be met with GRACE.
What makes GRACE Continuum Care distinct is the integration of disciplines under one roof — music therapy, doula support, and specialized perinatal care, all delivered by one trusted clinician who knows your family's story.
Services
I provide integrative, whole-person support to parents who are expecting, newly postpartum, or navigating the difficulties of complications or loss. Services are available in the hospital, birth center, or home — for any birth, planned or unplanned.
Continuous physical and emotional support throughout labor, birth, and early postpartum. I meet you where you are — whether your birth is a scheduled cesarean or completely unmedicated.
Evidence-based music therapy for prenatal bonding, labor support, postpartum recovery, and emotional processing — beginning before birth and continuing into those precious but trying early days.
As a Sound Birth Practitioner, I incorporate movement, breathwork, and guided imagery with carefully curated music to support the birthing parent through the journey of childbirth.
I understand firsthand the particular grief and fear that comes with a complicated start. I am equipped to support both the clinical and emotional realities of whatever your family is facing in the NICU.
Compassionate, specialized support for families navigating pregnancy complications, unexpected diagnoses, or loss — honoring your experience with the presence and expertise it deserves.
Ongoing emotional and therapeutic support in the weeks and months following birth. Recovery and bonding take time — I walk alongside you in that transition.
The Approach
Services can start as early as your first trimester of pregnancy and can continue up to 16 weeks postpartum.
Music therapy is not background music. It is a rigorously studied clinical discipline with documented outcomes in pain management, anxiety reduction, bonding, and grief processing. Every intervention is intentional.
From 12 years spanning psychiatric, hospice, NICU, and perinatal settings, I bring deep fluency in trauma-informed care — meeting each person in their reality without judgment or agenda.
Clinical expertise matters. So does genuine human connection. My goal is not to perform a service, but to be present — fully, consistently, and without clinical efficiency as the highest value.
For Providers
I welcome referrals from OBs, midwives, perinatologists, and community organizations. If you serve families in these spaces and are looking for a trusted partner who can bridge clinical and emotional care, I would love to connect.
I communicate clearly with your care team, respect clinical boundaries, and work to complement — never duplicate — what you already provide. The goal is seamless, whole-family support.
Connect
Whether you're a family seeking support or a provider looking to connect, I'd love to hear from you.
